Stops & Appointments Wait Time:
- Stops should be booked with a limit of 15 minutes in advance per stop.
- Wait time fee of $10 per 15 min increment applies during appointments only if requested.
- Wait time fee of $12 per 15-minute increment applies at each scheduled stop.
- Be sure to let us know if you want your vehicle to wait during your appointment.
Payments
- We accept private pay: Cash, checks, PayPal, debit, and all major credit cards.
- Conveniently pay online via our secure payment portal or in-person
- Payment is due at the start of your ride.
- Cash & checks can be paid to your driver if paying in person.
- Your vehicle has a mobile point of sale for in-person debit & credit card payments.
- You have options for paper or emailed receipts or both.
- A convenience fee applies to online & point of sale payments.
Payments are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the trip. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $25 applies.
